Wirefly is offering the New Palm Pre for only $99 for new sprint contracts.  If you are already a sprint customer, you can get the Palm Pre for only $139.99 with a 2 year contract extension.  Wirefly also sells it with no contract for $449, but if you are going to purchase a Palm Pre phone without a contract, you can get it on ebay for about $250.
